Information We Collect

We only collect personal information you choose to give us when you submit one of our request forms, such as Talk to a Tech Stack Expert or CCaaS Performance Assessment. Those forms ask for:

• Name — So we know who we are speaking with.
• Work email — So we can reply to your request.
• Company name — So we understand your organization and contact center.
• Phone number (optional) — Only if you would like us to call you.
• Contact center platform — Which CCaaS platform you use today, such as Five9, Genesys, NiCE, or Zoom.
• Message (optional) — Anything else you choose to tell us about your needs.

We also collect limited technical information automatically. When you submit a form, your IP address and browser details are used to confirm you are a real person and not an automated bot. When you browse the site, we collect anonymous, aggregated usage data such as pages viewed, referring site, country, and device type.

We do not sell products on this site, and we do not collect payment information, create user accounts, or knowingly collect information from children under 16.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your request — Contact you about a consultation, assessment, or question you sent us.
• Deliver our services — Scope and carry out engagements you choose to start with us.
• Marketing and follow-up — Occasionally share relevant insights or offers with you. You can opt out at any time.
• Administration and security — Operate, maintain, and improve the site, and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse.

If we want to use your information for any other purpose, we will ask for your consent first, and use it only for the purposes you agree to, unless the law requires otherwise.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not transfer it to third parties without your consent, except to the service providers that help us run the site:

• Vercel — Hosts the website and provides privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that does not identify individual visitors.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — Checks form submissions to confirm they come from a person, using your IP address and browser signals.
• Resend — Delivers your form submission to our team by email.

We require these providers to use your information only for the purpose it was shared and not to keep it longer than needed for that purpose.

If you ask us to evaluate or work with a contact center or AI vendor on your behalf, we will share relevant details with that vendor only with your agreement.

We may also disclose your information: (1) to comply with applicable law, regulation, court order, or other legal process; (2) to enforce our agreements, including this Privacy Policy; or (3) to respond to claims that use of the Service violates third-party rights. If our company is merged with or acquired by another company, your information may be one of the assets transferred to the new owner.

Retention of Your Information

We keep the information you submit for as long as we need it to respond to you and maintain our business relationship, and generally no longer than two years after our last contact with you. We may keep certain information longer when required for record-keeping, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or enforcing our legal rights.

Anonymous and aggregated information that does not identify you, directly or indirectly, may be kept indefinitely.

Our site analytics are cookieless and do not track you across other websites. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a short-lived cookie or use browser signals when you open a form, strictly to protect it from spam. We do not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data.

If we add advertising or remarketing tools in the future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Security

The security of your information is important to us. We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS connections and spam protection, to prevent loss, misuse, or unauthorized alteration of information under our control. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security of the information you send us.
